    A monochromator separates incoming light into its component wavelengths, selecting only a very narrow bandwidth of interest to output. Spectrograph separates incoming light into its component wavelengths for recording and analysis.

    Filter Option

    The Sciencetech 9055 is a 250mm asymmetric focal length modified Czerny-Turner monochromator. It has a flat field output for use as a spectrograph. This model has an f/3.5 aperture (for the "Fast" version with f/2.5, please see the 9055F). It has a computer-controlled interchangeable turret for automatic grating and wavelength selection.
    Both the input and output ports are located on the front faceplate of the monochromator, and the system includes one SS80 slit at the input port. CE compliant.

    It Includes a Sci-Mono, a Windows based software module with a simple graphical user interface for controlling Sciencetech stepping monochromator wavelength selection. SciMono is provided free of charge with a Sciencetech motorized monochromator when SciSpec software has not been purchased. Sciencetech Software (Sci-Spec) is available at an additional cost. It is a standalone data acquisition and allows controlling the monochromator by itself. This system does not include gratings or a host computer.     The 9150 is Sciencetech's longest single path length monochromator with a 1.5 m focal length. Under optimum conditions with a 2400 l/mm grating it can achieve a resolution of 0.0065 nm in single pass mode. This model of monochromator accommodates a grating on a removable kinematic mount, allowing the user to manually swap one grating for another without losing alignment. Please note that this product includes one slit, but does not include any additional slits or a grating, these must be purchased separately. Please speak with a technical sales member for assistance in selecting the right components for your system. SciMono is included. For Sciencetech's full feature spectroscopy software, please see SciSpec (not included).

This is designed as a faster version of the 9055 with larger optics for higher light throughput and f/2.5 aperture. All 9055Fs have a computer controlled, motorized turret for automatic grating and wavelength selection. Both input and output ports are situated on the front faceplate of the monochromator/spectrograph, and the system includes one adjustable SS80 slit at the input port. The 9055F supports up to two 64 x 64 mm (clear aperture) gratings.

    The 9057 is a 0.5 m monochromator and spectrograph with an f/8 aperture. This system is a Czerny-Turner design optimized to reduce aberrations.
    This monochromator supports up to three 50x50mm gratings on a computer controlled turret. It includes a single input slit by default; please select appropriate output mounting (slit, detector or CCD mounting, etc...) when ordering. A fast version of the 9057, the 9057F, operates with 64x64mm gratings and offers better throughput with the same optical path length. Please discuss with your Sciencetech technical sales staff member to find if the 9057F is a better choice for your particular application.
