The SCI-SCC6-L-F cell chuck is an economical way of providing temperature control and electrical connection to your test cells. It has a conductive tin-plated copper base plate (gold plating available) and is compatible with all of Sciencetech's probe systems. The cell chuck is capable of vacuum hold-down (vacuum pump sold separately) and requires an external system to provide liquid cooling or heating that can heat or cool your test cells from dew point to 80 ºC.

The SCI-SCC6-L-F is a reversible chuck that allows you to make electrical contacts to the back of your device under test and flip the chuck for back-illumination.

This model requires a water recirculator (for cooling only) or temperature control unit for temperature control (both sold separately).
