Sciencetech's sample chambers can be connected to either the input or output port of a Sciencetech monochromator/spectrograph. The coupling tube that connects them together is 1" in diameter, and has one lens with a matching monochromator F number. When the sample chamber is connected to the input port of a monochromator/spectrograph, collimated light from the sample chamber is then focused into the slit of the monochromator matching its input F number using a single lens. When the sample chamber is connected to the output port of a monochromator, the output light of the monochromator is collected by a single lens with matching output F number and then collimated for entry into the sample chamber.
This product includes the F-matching lens, tubes, and mechanical connections required to couple the sample chamber to the monochromator. Please specify if this will be an input or output coupling when ordering. This product will only work for Sciencetech's line of sample chambers: for custom optical coupling, please speak with your authorized Sciencetech technical sales staff member.

This optical coupler can be used to couple beam line components and allows for independent adjustment of +-3mm along each of two orthogonal axis. The CTBT-RF is designed to work with Sciencetech's line of SS solar simulators (between 500W and 2.5kW). The CTBT-RF is designed to hold 3" x 4" cold mirrors. A heat sink is mounted behind the dichroic turning mirror to capture transmitted light. The CTBT-RF turns the beam 90 degrees from the standard horizontal output.

A Beam Turning Assembly can be mounted to the output port of many of Sciencetech's Solar Simulators to redirect the light downwards onto a sample platform. The Beam Turner may also be used to adjust the light path to any 90° angle perpendicular to the horizontal output beam.

This vertical stand enables the SS150 fully reflective solar simulator to project its output beam downwards onto a horizontal illumination table which makes it ideal for solar cell testing.
