The SS-80 is a manually controlled, bilaterally adjustable slit for the input or output port. Most Sciencetech monochromators/spectrograph models already include one SS-80 slit at the input port but an additional one at the output port is usually required if the monochromator is mated to a single channel detector, PMT detector, or used as a tunable wavelength light source. If the dual port option is selected for a Sciencetech monochromator, an additional SS-80 slit for the second port may also be required. The slit width can be adjusted between 0-6 mm, in 10 µm spacing using a micrometer thumbwheel. The height of the SS-80 slit can also be adjusted between 0-10 mm, 10-20 mm and 20-30 mm through built-in manual curtain sliders.

The SH-2-B-OF is a computer controlled shutter for 201, LH-S, XLH-S lamp houses and SF solar simulators. Based on the successful SSES lines of blade shutters for Sciencetech's line of high powered solar simulators.
An arc lamp is not designed to be frequently turned off and on and doing so will dramatically lower its service life. In addition, each time it is turned on it requires the power supply to ignite it with a 20,000V+ spark. THe best option for performing exposure testing is to integrate an electronic shutter system inside the beam homogenizer. The electronic shutter is computer controlled with an activation time of <150ms. Software for the shutter controller is included with this item. The standard shutter controller connects to a computer via RS232. RS232-USB converters are available and work with this product. In addition to computer control the shutter can be controlled via a toggle switch on the shutter controller box.

This shutter can be used with any high powered light source and can effectively block a 2" diameter beam. See the brochure information for a mounting pattern.
This shutter is open frame and the shutter mechanism is exposed. For an enclosed shutter please see the SH-XLH-B product.

This device can be controlled through Sciencetech's touch screen power supplies (including automated exposure time control).
Please note leaving the shutter closed for extremely long periods of time while the arc lamp is on may cause damage to the motorized components.

The FHV filter box is multifunctional, configurable filter box designed to work with Sciencetech's LH and XLH lamp housings or any system that uses 2" or 3" lens tubes.

The filter box has two available configurable sections - each section can be outfitted with a two-position filter bracket to hold two filters in FT filter holders, or the filter bracket can be omitted to hold one WF-1Q liquid filter. This filter box can consequently hold, in total, either:
- 4 filters in FT-style holders or
- 2 filters in FT-style holders and one WF-1Q water filter.

The filter box can also be configured for forced air cooling or uncooled performance. For the forced air cooling to work, the filter box needs to be paired with a PS-XXXXX-A-T type power supply. The filter box can be configured for 2" or 3" lens tube coupling.

Air Cooled Dimensions (L × W × H): 121 × 94.5 × 141 mm (4.78" × 3.72" × 5.54")
Uncooled Dimensions (L × W × H): 113 × 94.5 × 141 mm (4.46" × 3.72" × 5.54")

A single borofloat output window for an HFSS Radiative Module. This output window easily attaches to a radiative module using four screws. It does not completely seal the output of the radiative module due to the requirement for forced air cooling of the arc lamp, but it will protect the interior of the module from direct contamination.
