SKU: SCISDEX6M The Sciencetech SCISDEX6M features a 6mm diameter sensor with a sapphire window, 8-12 V/W sensitivity and 7x10-9 noise-equivalent power. It comes with separate 6ft output and power cables. The power connector is DB9 female with Sciencetech universal pinout for connection to the SCIPWRMOD power and measuring system. Compatible with EOS PS-1 power supply or EOS LIA/PS-1 lock-in/power supply. Package: 2" dia. x 1" long with 1" dia. face mount and 1/4-20 side mount. Power requirements are ±8 volts to ±24 volts at ±8mA max. A sapphire window allows essentially flat response (±3%) 400nm-4µm. Electrical output is 10V/W (±20%) from DC to -3dB at typically 1.8Hz. Sciencetech's thermopile detector is inherently flat in response from 100nm to >100µm but is window limited. It is useful for solar radiation measurements at power densities of 70-150mW/cm2. Thermopile detectors may be sensitive to temperature fluctuations and/or radiation from cell phones.
