The Optical Power Meter with thermal sensor provides a broadband operation over a range of optical powers from milliwatts to 30W. The thermal sensor head covers the spectral range of 250nm to 10.6µm and a power range from 10mW to 30W. The console provides automatic detection and calibration of the sensor head for Plug & Play operation. An RS-232 interface is a standard feature included with the system. The console uses rechargeable NiMH batteries for long life operation.
