IGA-10 is a compact, 1mm diameter, versatile high-speed optical detector. It comes complete with a fast PIN photodiode and an internal bias battery package in a rugged aluminum housing. With a wide bandwidth DC-coupled output, the detector is ideal for monitoring fast-pulsed lasers as well as DC sources. The direct photodiode anode current is provided on a rear panel BNC. This output is easily converted to a positive voltage by using a terminating resistor. We recommend a 50 load resistance for faster response times. The detector housing includes a coupler to allow easy integration of the lens tubes required to install ND filters, spectral filters and lenses. Fiber optic adapters are also available. Posts, posts holders and bases are also available.
