UV diffusers offer controlled, homogenous light distribution from the UV through the near IR range, with transmission levels of 70% at 190nm. It is important to note that diffusing angles are given for a collimated input beam and angular divergence will vary for different incidence angles.

Heat Capacity
Some holographic diffusers are designed to withstand up to 500C of heat. Despite this high heat tolerance, a customer has reported that it still gets destroyed when placed at the focal point of a Sciencetech 200-1K arc lamp housing with a standard 500W xenon lamp.
