The TEO400 is a compact Michelson interferometer module with built-in laser and broadband IR source. It is designed to be used as the core component in a complete FTIR instrument with sample chamber and detector. It supports a spectral range of 400-7000 cm-1 with a resolution of 2.0, 1.0, or 0.5 cm-1 (to be specified at time of order). The internal KBr substrate beamsplitter (other beamsplitter materials also available) supports an output beam diameter of 38mm. The scanning rate is 2mm OPD/s. The TEO400 measures just 370x265x160mm and weighs 11kg.
