How to Create a Quote

1. Add products to your "request list" by clicking the "Add to request list" button under the product you wish to order from the online catalog.
2. Check the products on your list.
3. Clicking the "checkout" button will submit your request to Sciencetech and a Sciencetech Team member will contact you shortly to comfirm the details and compatibility of your items before outlining an Approved Quotation.  We take special care to endure that all customized items are produced to your specifications and that all modular items you request are compatible.  While the checkout process resembles an online store no payment or deposit is necessary or required at that time.

We collect shipping and contact information at this time in order to allow for a shipping estimate to be included in your quote. In order to begin a project for your order you must confirm the devices listed for your quote with a Special Developments Technician. Once your order has been discussed and confirmed with a Sciencetech Team member, a finalized quotation will be issued. Once the User has accepted the quotation Payment should be made through Sciencetech Accounts Payable and NOT the website. A Technical Transfer will be made and you will be given a project number which will be your reference for further communications with Sciencetech.  

All approved quotes (a quote is approved once the confirmation process is complete) are valid for 90 days pending possible adjustement for exchange rates.

How to Change/Cancel a Quote

If you would like to make any significant changes to a quote before it has been confirmed you can do so by contacting a Special Developments Technician at sales@sciencetech-inc.com
